55000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 55000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to periodic review.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 55000 platform in any way, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 55000 platform.

This platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age, that you are a resident or user accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is permitted, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

55000 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, where a breach of terms, false information, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform is found.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user may only hold one active account on the 55000 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. 55000 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account secure. User responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and account verification.
  • Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
  • Not using the platform for any unlawful activity.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Keep your personal information up to date whenever relevant changes occur.

3Payment & Transaction Information

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 55000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the user and their financial service provider.

Supported deposit methods include instant bank transfers via major local Malaysian banks and digital wallets listed on the platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment service provider.

For withdrawals, users must ensure that the registered bank account name matches the name on their 55000 profile. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts will not be processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time.

55000 reserves the right to hold or delay transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, users may be required to provide identity verification documents before the transaction can proceed.

4Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 55000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55000 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of wagered funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active gaming session, 55000 will endeavour to resolve any disputes fairly based on available system records. Decisions made by the platform's management team in such matters are final.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the 55000 platform are the exclusive property of 55000 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 55000.

Third-Party Links

The 55000 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, or sports data providers. 55000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk.

5Account Suspension & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

55000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the gaming system.
  • Registering with false information or an invalid identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts under the same user.
  • Behaviour that threatens or harms other users or platform staff.
  • Any activity suspected to be related to money laundering or illegal financing.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Users may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the account closure date.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

55000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 55000 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as prescribed by the applicable law.
